Welcome to Momma Burgers On Da Pull Up Co. By purchasing our food, visiting our truck our using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information:

Momma Burgers On Da Pull Up Co. is a mobile food business serving freshly made burgers and related items. These terms apply to all customers interacting with our services either in person or through digital platforms (website, social media, ordering systems).

2. Menu and Pricing:

•   Our menu items and prices may vary based on location, availability, and season.

•   Sales tax is added where applicable.

3. Orders and Payments:

Orders can be places at the truck or through our digital ordering system (if available).

•   Full payments are required at time of ordering.
•   We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets such as Apple Pay.
•   Once prepared, all food sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE unless there is an error on our part.

4. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

•   We take food safety seriously, but please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with allergens including dairy eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and meats.
•   If you have allergies notify our staff before ordering. We will do our best, but we CANNOT GUARANTEE allergen-food free.

•   Our food truck operates on a flexible schedule and may change based on location, weather, or events.
•   Daily hours and location updates are available via phone, our social media or website.

6. Behavior and Safety:

•   We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior towards staff or other customers.

  PLEASE follow safety and health guidelines when visiting the truck.

7. Intellectual Property:

 All logos, menus, designs, photos and branding are the property of Momma Burgers On Da Pull Up Co. and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability:

 Momma Burgers On Da Pull Up Co. is not responsible for any damages, illness or loss resulting from use of our services, consumption of food or access to our digital platforms, except where prohibited by law.

9.Changes to these Terms:

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or made available at the truck. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
